Eldorado Heights is a large, multi-phase subdivision in McKinney, TX. The homes were built between 1994 until the last few lots were spec'ed out in 2007. Many builders sold their homes in Eldorado Heights contributing to a number of floorplans and elevations. The neighborhood offers community pools for select phases, park, playground and the convenience of Elementary schools within the subdivision. 

Eldorado Heights II is located in McKinney, Texas - approximately 30 miles north of Dallas
on U.S. Hwy. 75. McKinney borders other Collin County towns of Allen, Frisco, Melissa, Princeton and Fairview. More than 1,500 homes make up the Eldorado Heights II Homeowners Association - the boundaries of the Association include Lake Forest Drive, FM 720, Ridge Road, and Eldorado Parkway.

Some areas of the subdivison includes pool access where others do not. The subdivision includes an array of parks and hike and bike trail.

In Eldorado Heights Section II - Reuben Johnson Elementary is centrally located within the area and has achieved an Exemplary rating from the State of Texas. The majority of homes in our community attend RJE, Evans Middle School, and McKinney High School. A small portion of our community located to the northeast attends Jesse McGowen Elementary.
